Product Description
JHSB cables are flat, waterproof, rubber-sheathed flexible cables for submersible motors conforming to GB/T 5013 standards. Rated voltage is 300/500V. They utilize multi-strand Category 5 soft copper wire conductors (tin plating optional), high-density waterproof EPDM rubber insulation, waterproof rubber filler, and a waterproof flexible neoprene/chlorosulfonated polyethylene sheath. Cross-sectional area range is 1.0-240mm², commonly available in 3-core/3+1-core configurations. Long-term operating temperature is ≤65℃, with a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. They possess excellent end-to-end waterproof performance, can withstand 3040Pa water pressure, and are suitable for water depths up to 600m. The flat structure ensures neat, tangle-free cabling, making them suitable for narrow cavities in submersible pumps and pipe installations. They also feature flexibility, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and ozone resistance. Safe, compliant, and with a long service life, they are specifically designed for AC 500V. Submersible motors of various sizes are designed for use in submersible pumps, mine drainage pumps, underwater equipment, underwater lighting, and other applications requiring long-term immersion in water or damp environments. They are also widely applicable to agricultural irrigation, municipal sewage treatment, mine drainage, and other scenarios.
