Product Description

   MYP mining cables are mobile shielded rubber-sheathed flexible cables specifically designed for harsh environments such as underground coal mines. "M," "Y," and "P" represent mining, mobile, and shielded characteristics, respectively. The conductor uses multi-strand soft copper wire to ensure flexibility, and the insulation layer uses high-quality rubber material. Equipped with a metal or semi-conductive shielding layer, it effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference. The outer sheath is made of wear-resistant, oil-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and flame-retardant rubber material. Rated voltage covers 0.38/0.66kV to 0.66/1.14kV, with a variety of core counts and cross-sectional specifications. The long-term operating temperature is 65℃, and the minimum bending radius is 6 times the cable diameter. It can adapt to ambient temperatures from -40℃ to +60℃ and conditions such as frequent movement and mechanical impact. It is widely used for power connections in mobile equipment such as underground coal mining machines, tunneling machines, and conveyors. It has passed coal mine safety certification, providing safe and stable power transmission for mine production.
