Product Description

   Medium and high voltage power cables typically refer to power transmission cables with rated voltages of 6kV to 220kV. They use copper or steel-core aluminum stranded wire as conductors and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) as the core insulation material (some ultra-high voltage cables use oil-paper insulation or gas insulation structures). The outer layer is equipped with a multi-layer protective structure consisting of an inner sheath, an armor layer, and an outer sheath. They feature large transmission capacity, excellent insulation performance, resistance to electromagnetic interference, resistance to environmental corrosion, and flexible laying methods (direct burial, conduit, cable tray, and tunnel laying). They can adapt to complex working conditions such as high altitude, heavy pollution, and humidity. They are widely used in urban power grid trunk lines, high-voltage power supply in industrial parks, grid-connected power transmission from power plants, and cross-regional energy transmission. They are the core carrier for achieving medium- and long-distance, large-capacity power transmission in power systems.
