   MVFP mining cables are mobile shielded rubber-sheathed flexible cables specifically designed for mine frequency converters. "M," "V," "F," and "P" correspond to mining, mobile, frequency converter compatibility, and shielding characteristics, respectively. The conductor uses multi-strand bare copper wire or tinned copper wire stranded together. The insulation layer uses special rubber-plastic or XJ-30A rubber material, equipped with semi-conductive shielding and an aluminum-plastic composite tape + tinned copper wire braided overall shielding layer. The outer sheath is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant HX-03A rubber material, possessing excellent electromagnetic interference resistance, flame retardancy, and temperature and weather resistance. Rated voltage covers 0.38/0.66KV to 1.9/3.3KV, with core counts including 3-core and 3+3-core specifications, cross-sectional area 16-150mm², long-term operating temperature not exceeding 65℃, and minimum bending radius of 6 times the cable outer diameter. It can withstand moderate mechanical stress and frequent movement, and has passed coal mine safety certification. It is widely used in the connection of frequency converters and motors in coal mines, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries to achieve safe and efficient power transmission under harsh working conditions.
