Low-voltage aluminum core cable is a power transmission cable with aluminum as the conductor material. It has the characteristics of light weight, low cost, and strong corrosion resistance. It uses cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation, the long-term working temperature can reach 70°C, the laying environment temperature is not lower than 0°C, and the bending radius is generally 15-20 times the outer diameter of the cable. Aluminum core cables are relatively soft and suitable for occasions requiring flexibility, but their mechanical strength is low and they need to be protected. It is economical and has a wide range of applications. It is especially suitable for projects with limited budgets, weight requirements or complex laying environments.
