   MCPT mining cables are metal-shielded rubber-sheathed flexible cables specifically designed for coal mining machines and similar mobile equipment. "M," "C," "P," and "T" represent mining, coal mining machine specific, shielding layer, and rubber sheath, respectively. The conductor uses multi-strand tinned copper wire to enhance flexibility and corrosion resistance. Equipped with a metal braided shielding layer, it effectively blocks electromagnetic interference. The sheath is made of flame-retardant and wear-resistant rubber or low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin material, possessing oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, crush resistance, and antistatic properties. Rated voltages range from 0.66/1.14kV to 1.9/3.3kV, with a wide variety of core counts and cross-sectional specifications. Long-term operating temperatures are suitable for 65℃ to 90℃. The minimum bending radius meets the requirements for wiring in confined underground spaces. It can withstand frequent dragging and moderate mechanical stress. It is widely used in power supply and data transmission for mining equipment and automated control systems, meeting the green, environmentally friendly, safe, and stable usage requirements of smart mines.
